The following rules (Version 1.2.0) of behaviour must be observed when working on the premises of St. Kilian Distillers GmbH:
General:
- I agree that in all work I carry out for St.Kilian Distillers GmbH, the highest priority is given to compliance with food safety and product quality
- I commit myself to take all necessary measures during my work to prevent food contamination. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of appropriate protective clothing, strict adherence to hygiene guidelines and the avoidance of contamination by materials or tools
- I ensure that my work is carried out with the utmost care and attention. This includes in particular the avoidance of damage to equipment or infrastructure. If damage does occur, I undertake to report it immediately
- I am aware that violations of these rules of behaviour may result in disciplinary action, including termination of my employment with St. Kilian Distillers GmbH and legal consequences
Hygiene:
- During production times, the consumption of food is only permitted in kitchens 106 and 127
- Consumption of drinks in the production area is only permitted from non-breakable bottles / cups / glasses
- Smoking / vaping, other use of tobacco is strictly prohibited in the building. Outside, smoking is only permitted in the designated areas
- After leaving the social rooms, sanitary facilities and after smoking, hands must be thoroughly cleaned with soap before entering the production area
- Medicine / medication of any kind may only be taken outside the production area and only if there is no impairment due to the effect.
- In the event of injuries, please report to the signposted first aiders. Cuts and abrasions must be covered with a coloured, waterproof (different from the product colour) plaster/bandage. In the event of injuries to the hands, work is only permitted with disposable nitrile gloves
- Stay at home if you feel unwell or are ill, even after travelling abroad. If there is a suspicion or confirmation of suffering from one of the diseases listed in ยง42 para. 1 IFSG, the technical manager must be contacted
Fire protection:
- Dust, vapour, heat-generating work (e.g. drilling, welding, abrasive cutting, etc.) must be reported in advance. The fire alarms in the affected areas will then be switched off
- The completion of this work must also be signalled and the detectors are then switched on again
- The technical manager must be contacted in the event of any problems in this regard
- While the fire detectors are switched off, increased attention must be paid
IT security
- The establishment of any wireless or wired network connections, apart from connections to the "SKD_Guest" wireless network, is prohibited. Exceptions can only be made after prior consultation with the IT department.
